Hi all,
I got a few more photos from the party we attended at Polzeath. Below is one where Simon set his camera on a 20 second shutter and shot me writing my name backwards with a party sparkler. Pretty cool eh?!

I helped out Sea Kayaking Cornwall one day recently on the water and led a group to our local caves and ship wreck around Maenporth Beach.
Yesterday I paddled around St. Michael's Mount (an icklier version of Mont Saint Michel, in France). It was a very ... very windy day, but a great chance to get out on the water.

... and a beautiful secluded cove for lunch!
For the last three weeks, I've had the company of two little girls, Abby and Beth. They've helped me build hundreds of sand-castles, eat many icecreams, and go on many kayaking adventures on the sand! Today was the last day of their holidays. Tomorrow the beach will seem empty without them.
... Abby kayaking with her Dad, Chris on Maenporth.
